Historic Grade II Listed building over 400 years old. Overlooking the River Ouse in the heart of York City Centre. The Waterfront is located a stones throw away from a host of major tourist attractions such as Castle Museum Shambles Jorvik York Dungeons and many more. Please note that due to the central location noise may be heard from the streets below late at night. All the rooms are en-suite the waterfront also has an award-winning steak and seafood restaurant bookings recommended.This is not your run of the mill chain hotel. If you want designer minimalistic and MDF this is definitely not for you. We pride ourselves in our traditional quirky hotel which has many of it's original features. However your comfort has not been overlooked.Please respect our antique furnishings during your stay so that other guests may enjoy them too. We kindly request that you do not bring hot food (takeaways) into the premises.
