Close to the river Tree Tops is a Grand Victorian York Townhouse with high ceilings period charm and is in a prime location in York's historic City Centre. We are a no smoking Guesthouse and rooms are available with superb views of York Minster and our classic Victorian street. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and comfort. The rooms have en-suite facilities flat screen digital TV tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers all tastefully decorated.Limited free car parking during your stay along with 24 hour access to your room. A choice of continental vegetarian or traditional English breakfast is served to you in our spacious dining room where we will always try to accommodate guests who may have special food requirements. Directions to Tree Tops Guesthouse York
BY TRAIN: Turn left out of the station and then left into Leeman Road cross the road before the overhead bridge and walk down the alleyway next to the General Post Office. Turn left at the river and cross over the footbridge directly in front of you is St Marys carpark walk along the path to the side of it and at the end is St Marys we are number 21 the 4th house on the right.BY CAR: Whether you are arriving from the North or South the easiest route is via the Ring Road (A1237). Follow the signs to York (North)Thirsk and turn towards York on the A19. Proceed until the first set of traffic lights (Clifton Green). Drive straight on and you will pass under a pedestrian footbridge. St Marys is the third turning on the right after the footbridge. Tree Tops is on the left hand side approximately 250 yards from the main road.
